Service Coordination Supervisor
Developmental Disabilities Services of Jackson County – EITAS is seeking a supervisor in our Service Coordination/Case Management department.  The individual selected will supervise a team of up to 10 service coordinators and help ensure a high quality, integrated approach to service coordination for persons with developmental disabilities served within EITAS.  Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Rehabilitation, Social Work, Special Education or closely related field (Master’s degree preferred); 4 + years experience in providing Service Coordination for persons with developmental disabilities; 3+ years supervisory experience with at least 2 years of experience directly supervising service coordination; knowledge of Medicaid billing and Targeted Case Management services as defined by Medicaid; and familiarity with the principles of person centered planning and implementation.  A comparable combination of education and supervisory training will be considered in lieu of actual supervisory experience.  Excellent company-paid benefits including health, dental, disability insurance, plus much more; salary will be based on experience.  Submit your resume WITH SALARY HISTORY, to Human Resources, 8508 Hillcrest Rd., KC, MO 64138, or e-mail to pamh@eitas.org. Service Coordinator
Developmental Disability Services of Jackson County is seeking FT Service Coordinators to provide case management services within a person-centered support and planning framework and develop person-centered plans for persons with developmental disabilities. The position requires at minimum a bachelor’s in social work, special ed, human svcs., psych. or a related field and one year of service coordination or targeted case management experience. Driver
We have immediate openings for experienced drivers to transport adults with developmental disabilities. Hours are similar to school bus drivers, but we run YEAR- ROUND! Qualified applicants will have HS Diploma/ GED; CDL, good driving record and previous commercial driving experience. We offer $11/hr to start, company paid health, dental & more.
