CCVI offers a comprehensive program, including individualized therapy, consulting services and supportive family education. Home/community-based assistance may include special instruction, therapy(ies), counseling and consulting. Center-based preschool programs are provided in an environment where children are involved in play-based learning activities. Serves low-income children, and 10% reserved for children with disabilities (speech delays, physical disabilities, health impairments, Autism, and other developmental delays-have to have IEP or IFSP), through family child care providers and home based options, as well as IEP and IFSP services of Disability Consultants available to attend service plan meetings with families, assist teachers with inclusion of child's goals in lesson plans, environment, daily routine, etc., and ensuring families are involved in process, as well as training as Disability Consultants can train on developmental milestones for the child, developmental delays, inclusion best practices, and stress management. The De La Salle site, Operation Breakthrough, YMCA, and Independence School District provide transportation to their programs. If a family is not approved for state funded daycare, there are fees to participate in program.

- Drivers' Evaluation and Training Program-assists individuals ages 15+ with a physical, cognitive, visual, or hearing disability that interferes with driving ability, by providing an evaluation, training, and/or equipment recommendations.
- Pediatric Day Treatment Services-assists children and their families with the transition from inpatient hospitalization to outpatient services. Therapy addresses basic self-care, health management, strength and endurance, safety in the home, family education, and advocacy.
- Adolescent Day Treatment Services-in addition to intensive therapy services, the program addresses educational needs and supports, risky behaviors, peer and adult interaction, and vocational planning.
