Developing Potential, Inc. provides outcome driven supports to assist our program participants in attaining their goals. Our programs serve adults over the age of 21. The Rainbow Center for Communicative Disorders, founded in 1976 and incorporated as a not-for-profit organization in 1977, was established for those with developmental disabilities who needed a more intensive therapy program within an academic environment. In July 1996, the Rainbow Center expanded to include day habilitation programming for adults with disabilities too severe to function within a supported employment or sheltered workshop setting. Day Habilitation and day care for adults over age 21 is known as Rainbow Options and currently serves 60 adult clients.
