Eitas is currently hiring for a Driver Supervisor:

• 6400 James A. Reed Rd., Kansas City MO 64133

• Full time schedule

• Pay range for starting salary: $27.62 per hour, more possible based on experience

• Comprehensive benefit package, including health, vision, and dental

• 22 days PTO earned your first year, 12 holidays, plus 1 floating holiday per year
   
  Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

   

  ·         Supervise the performance of a team of Drivers, providing direction, performance counseling, recognition, and discipline as appropriate.  Ride along with assigned Drivers periodically, as needed.

  ·         Coordinate the scheduling of assigned Driver team to ensure the safe, efficient, and timely coverage of assigned routes.

  ·         Randomly review bus video footage and computer data of assigned Driver team regarding service quality and safety.  Discuss observations with Driver team as needed.

  ·         Evaluate Driver team on an ongoing basis and prepare written evaluations in a timely fashion.

  ·         Assist DOT Management in reinforcing established safety practices and compliance with company policies.  Assist in developing and implementing service procedures and policies.

   

  The successful candidate will have:

   

  ·         High School Diploma or GED

  ·         Commercial Driver’s License

  ·         Experience driving passenger vehicles, 3-5 years required

  ·         At least 1 year of management/supervisory experience

  ·         Good driving record         

  ·         Knowledge of the Kansas City metropolitan area

  ·         Current certifications including, but not limited to, CDL, DOT medical, CPR and first aid

  ·         A combination of training, education and work experience performing similar duties will also be considered
